About Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times for products ordered from Curtain Ninja vary depending on whether the product is custom-made or an off-the-shelf product.

Off-The-Shelf Products

Off-the-shelf products are typically kept in stock either directly in our own warehouse or at one of our distribution or supplier warehouses.  We endeavour to dispatch all off-the-shelf items within 5-10 business days, although many of our more popular items are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Popular items that typically dispatch more quickly include cam locks, curtain brackets, roller clutch and pin components and curtain track runners.

If we do not have sufficient stock to fulfil your order within our standard timeframe, or there is another issue preventing shipment, we will contact you with updated shipment information as quickly as possible following processing of your order.

Custom Made Products

Custom made products are typically dispatched within 15-20 business days.  We will contact you following processing of your order to advise a more accurate delivery estimate based upon the specifics of your order.
